Thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by Travis. My central vac broke down a few days before Christmas just when I was getting the house ready for guests. I called Top Notch Vacuums and spoke to Travis who stayed beyond closing time to determine the problem with my vac. Since it couldn’t be repaired before Christmas, Travis gave me a loaner unit so I could have a vac over the holidays. He went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you Travis!
